nnSchedule: This position requires open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. Successful candidates will be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as these are peak sales periods and key opportunities for maximizing earnings.

n nWhat You'll Do
nnnDiagnose vehicle concerns and complete maintenance and repairs accurately, efficiently, and according to repair orders, manufacturer guidelines, and Lithia standards.
n
nnDocument all diagnostic procedures, repairs performed, test results, and labor time accurately using dealership systems and timekeeping procedures.
n
nnMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while properly caring for tools, equipment, shop supplies, and customer vehicles.
n
nnComplete required technical training, maintain applicable manufacturer and ASE certifications, and communicate with service advisors, technicians, and dealership leadership.
