nPosition: Lube Technician

nRaceway Nissan, a trusted name in the tri-state area for automotive sales and service, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lube Technician to join our growing service department. As a Lube Technician, you will be responsible for performing essential vehicle maintenance tasks, including oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotations, and basic inspections. You'll play a critical role in ensuring that our customers' vehicles run smoothly and safely.
nQualifications:
nnHigh school diploma or equivalent
nBasic automotive knowledge and experience preferred
nStrong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time efficiently
nMust have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
nWillingness to learn and grow within the automotive service industry
nMust be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods of time
n nKey Responsibilities:
nnPerform oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks on various vehicle makes and models
nInspect and replace vehicle filters (air, cabin, fuel, etc.)
nPerform basic vehicle maintenance and light repairs as required
nEnsure proper documentation of services and repairs performed
nConduct multi-point inspections and provide reports to service advisors
nMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
nWork with a team to ensure timely and efficient service for all customers
nFollow all safety protocols and shop procedures
