About Trans Ash
Founded in 1960 by Rudy Gerbus and his brother, Gerbus Bros Construction began as a mass earth-moving company. In the 1970s, our growing expertise led us to partner with local power plants to address the environmental challenges of fly ash management, work that ultimately evolved into Trans Ash.
Today, Trans Ash provides innovative, environmentally responsible solutions for handling and storing fly ash. We build lined landfills, support daily plant operations, and help our energy partners maintain the highest standards of environmental safety.

Essential Functions
Daily inspection of equipment for safe operation
Fuel equipment daily/grease equipment daily
Check tire pressure and add air as needed
Complete maintenance tasks according to the manufacturer's schedule and in conformance with all maintenance and environmental policies
Run parts
Report issues to the Site Supervisor
May perform other duties as assigned by the Site Supervisor
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience Experience servicing heavy trucks/equipment/automotive
Requirements
Frequent sitting, standing, walking, bending, twisting, pushing, pulling, and lifting
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
Able to walk slopes and uneven terrain
Valid driver's license
At least 18 years of age
Ability to pass a drug test, MVR check, and background check
Comfortable working in a construction environment
