nNajjar Lube Centers, Inc. | SRTMT Auto Centers, Inc. is a privately owned Jiffy Lube Franchisee. Jiffy Lube provides fast and convenient oil changes, preventative maintenance, tires and repairs.
nWe are currently searching for full time lube technicians (30-40hrs per week), for our multiple service center locations listed above. We want to help you advance in your automotive career in a exciting and fast paced work environment with excellent opportunities for advancement.
n* Lube Technician is described as any technician performing the following positions, Upper-Bay Technician, Lower-Bay Technician, Courtesy Technician, Customer Service Advisor.
nStarting Pay Range $17.00 per hour
n$17.50 per hour upon successful completion of all training requirements and probationary period.
nResponsibilities:
nAs a Jiffy Lube Technician, you will help to drive our continued success by providing reliable preventative maintenance services to our community. You will act as a trusted advisor to our customers, evaluating their needs and providing the maintenance they need to leave worry behind.
nnFollow Jiffy Lube International J-Team Service Standards.
nUse reference materials for filter applications and manufacturers' recommendations.
nAble to learn and use verbal bay safety commands.
nProvide preventative maintenance services on passenger vehicles.
nProvide superior customer service, including explaining services & products.
nMust be able to operate various makes and models of passenger vehicles.
nMaintain training requirements as directed by company standards.
nFollow safety procedures, including wearing PPE at all times.
nFollow NLC|SRTMT, Inc. Code of Ethics.
nContribute to positive work environment.
nMaintain cleanliness of shop, tools and facilities.
n nJob Requirements:
nnMust be 18 years of age.
nValid CA Driver's License.
nMust be able to lift up to 50lbs.
nGood verbal communication.
nMust be able to endure repetitive and prolonged bending & reaching.
nMust be available to work weekends.
nMust be able to work in outdoor environment.
nMust be available for occasional travel up to 15 miles.
