Hiring: Lube Technician
Pay: $16.90 per hour base pay, with the potential to increase earnings through a production pay rate of $18.50 per flat-rate hour.
Schedule: We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. You will need to be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

What You'll Do Diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles to manufacturer standards.
Perform quality inspections and road tests to ensure repairs are done right.
Accurately document repairs, findings, and labor performed.
Keep your work area clean, organized, and safety-focused.
Stay current with training, certifications, and the latest automotive technology.
Work alongside a team dedicated to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
What You'll Bring 6+ months of automotive experience preferred , but we're willing to train motivated individuals who are ready to build a successful career in the automotive industry.
Learn and grow in the automotive industry.

The Hourly/FRH Wage Range for this position is $16.90 - $18.50 (DOE)
Bonuses based on: Production Productivity
Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
