nJob Purpose
nAs a Lube Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine lubrication and maintenance services on heavy equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity. Your role is crucial in maintaining the reliability and efficiency of the equipment, contributing to the overall success of the company.
nWhat you will do...
nnnPerform lubrication services on heavy equipment, including oil changes, greasing, and fluid checks.
n
nnInspect equipment for signs of wear, leaks, or other issues that may require further maintenance or repair.
n
nnMaintain accurate records of all lubrication and maintenance activities.
n
nnFollow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
n
nnAssist with other maintenance tasks as needed, including cleaning and minor repairs.
n
nnCommunicate effectively with the maintenance team and report any issues or concerns.
n
nnEnsure all tools and equipment are properly maintained and stored.
n
nnAdhere to company policies and procedures regarding equipment maintenance and safety.
n
n nRequirements
nnn1+ years of experience as a lube technician or in a similar maintenance role, preferably in the heavy equipment rental industry.
n
nnKnowledge of lubrication techniques and maintenance procedures for heavy equipment.
n
nnAbility to lift and move heavy equipment and materials as required.
n
n nSkills
nnnProficient in performing lubrication services and routine maintenance on heavy equipment.
n
nnStrong attention to detail to ensure accurate and thorough inspections and maintenance.
n
nnGood communication skills to effectively interact with team members and report issues.
n
nnAbility to troubleshoot and identify potential maintenance issues.
n
nnStrong time management skills to ensure timely completion of tasks.
n
nnCommitment to maintaining a safe work environment and following all safety protocols.

nnBasic mechanical skills to assist with minor repairs and maintenance tasks.

nPay Range: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
