MBI is focused on being involved in our communities and providing excellent customer service.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesThe essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:Bring in new revenue through new and existing clientsMaintain good customer rapport with effective consistent communicationIdentify potential customers, their needs and pain points with their current suppliersPrompt, effective, professional communication with customers and potential clientsPresent services, prepare proposals, price negotiations, prepare contractual documents and close the sale with clientsMaintain detailed knowledge of MBI's products and servicesTrack and monitor work and provide updates to sales managerQualifications (Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities)Portray a positive attitude and great work habits at all timesSelf-motivated; driven, dependable, presentable and punctualResults and detail-oriented with the ability to function independently, yet work as a team memberAbility to establish and meet deadlines and quickly identify clear prioritiesExcellent communication, relationship building and presentation skillsCredible, articulate, and confidentAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, change-oriented and rewarding work environmentPossess vehicle insurance and a valid State Driver's License in good standingMust be sensitive to the customers' needs and requirementsPreferred Experience3 years sales experience in the petroleum / lubricant industry or 5 years related experience in sales
