Job description
American Lumber in Bryan, TX is seeking a Lumber Manufacturing Line Supervisor to lead a production line on-site, including Trim, Rip, or Trim/Resaw operations. You will coach, direct, and hold teams accountable while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
Starting pay is $25–$26 per hour, with experience-based adjustments; this full-time role requires strong frontline leadership, the ability to read production reports, and a commitment to continuous improvement on the line.
