Job description
Berco Redwood/Berry Lumber, Inc. seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in running daily store and yard operations. You will lead staff, drive sales, manage inventory, and ensure safety and service standards.
The role requires 3–5 years in retail/building materials with 1–3 years of supervisory experience; forklift certified or able to obtain certification is needed. CDL Class B preferred, along with a valid driver's license.
