Job description
Wynn Las Vegas is seeking a General Manager to uphold Wynn fine dining standards while directing the outlet's leadership and operations. The GM will drive seamless guest experiences, financial performance, and staff development, reporting to Wynn executive leadership.
Responsibilities include maintaining immaculate facilities, forecasting staffing, managing costs and CBA compliance, leading weekly meetings, coaching managers, and ensuring exceptional service for all guests, VIPs and media.
