Job description
The Encore at Boca Raton Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our rehabilitation team in Florida. The OT will assess patients, create and monitor treatment plans, and document progress while educating families.
The role requires licensure and experience in long-term or geriatric care, with collaboration across disciplines to deliver high-quality, patient-centered therapy.
