Job description
Brobston Group LLC operates a TAG Heuer and Omega boutique at The Gardens Mall, seeking a Boutique Director to deliver a premier client experience while driving sales and profitability. You will lead a high-performing team, manage budgets, and continuously enhance operations to ensure a client-focused business.
You will plan and execute the boutique business plan, coach staff, and ensure KPI performance, with occasional travel for business needs.
