Job description
Richemont Iberia SL seeks a Boutique Director to lead a flagship boutique, drive sales, and elevate service standards across markets. You will work closely with senior leadership to execute strategic plans, manage inventories, and steer team performance in a high-end environment.
The role requires long hours, extensive travel, and a strong command of luxury brand standards. A Bachelor’s degree is required; a Master’s in business is preferred, with Fluent French or Mandarin as a valued asset.
