Job description
The Quoin Hotel in Wilmington, DE, is seeking a Managing Director to assume the most senior leadership role, owning operations, commercial performance, and long-term positioning. This on-site, full-time executive will lead in F&B spaces, guest experience, and brand standards across all departments.
The role requires a track record in luxury or boutique hotel leadership, strong financial skills, and the ability to drive growth while maintaining MICHELIN-recognized service.
