Job description
Montblanc Santa Clara boutique seeks a seasoned Boutique Manager to drive sales, lead a team of sales associates, and uphold the Montblanc brand standards. You will develop business plans, coach staff, manage P&L, and ensure exemplary service on the sales floor and in back-of-house operations.
