Job description
Breitling USA is seeking a Boutique Manager in the Glendale, AZ area to oversee all aspects of the boutique, drive sales, mentor the team and maintain top operational standards. You will lead clienteling, product knowledge, and brand presentation while achieving store KPIs and delivering exceptional customer service.
You will recruit and develop talent, coordinate with Retail Director and Regional Manager, and implement strategic plans to grow the local market.
