Job description
Brobston Group is seeking a Boutique Manager in California to lead the boutique's retail strategy, team, and daily operations, delivering exceptional client service and achieving sales targets. You will drive client acquisition, CRM initiatives, VIP relationships, and ensure compliance with Maison standards.
The role requires 7–10 years of management experience in luxury retail, strong leadership and communication skills, and availability to work retail hours including weekends.
