Job description
Frette’s Boston boutique seeks an entrepreneurial Store Manager to lead operations, sales and a luxury client experience. You will grow revenue, recruit and mentor a high-performing team, and build strong designer and hospitality partnerships for brand elevation.
You will drive KPI performance, deliver white-glove service, and manage CRM-driven clienteling with bespoke offerings and in-home consultations as part of a dynamic luxury retail environment.
