Job description
Director of Sales and Marketing position with responsibility for luxury hotel growth and Caribbean-focused strategy. Lead a senior sales team, drive revenue across group, corporate, and leisure segments, and manage digital distribution, brand strategy, and partnerships.
Role requires deep knowledge of OTAs, metasearch, and revenue management with strong leadership, communication, and travel‑market presence. Travel to regional events is expected.
