Job description
Moss New York is seeking a General Manager to lead day-to-day club operations across F&B, Bedrock, and member services. You will be the senior on-site operator ensuring service excellence, standards, and cross-department alignment with the developer's facilities manager.
You will directly oversee F&B and Bedrock leaders, enforce SOPs, manage staffing, and maintain a polished member experience while balancing operational continuity during events and maintenance.
