Job description
Kairoi is seeking a Leasing Professional in San Marcos, TX. You will manage the leasing process from inquiry to lease signing, present the community, schedule tours, and ensure excellent resident service.
You will use Yardi or RealPage to track applicants, leases, and resident information, supporting retention and timely move-ins. Strong communication, organizational skills, and a valid driver’s license are required.
