Job description
Montblanc is seeking an East Retail Regional Director to lead our luxury boutique network in the United States, based in New York City or Miami. You will drive client experience, hospitality, and KPI delivery across multiple stores while upholding brand standards.
You will craft boutique business plans, coach managers, and collaborate with senior leaders on staffing and development. Expect significant travel (80%) to elevate performance and clienteling initiatives.
