Job description
The Biltmore Hotel in Coral Gables, FL, seeks a Director of Banquets to lead all F&B operations across outlets, banquets, pool and room services, in partnership with the Executive Chef, delivering luxury service and maximizing profitability.
This role reports to the Managing Director and sits on the Executive Committee, requiring five+ years in leading large luxury resorts, strong budgeting, staff development and a business‑minded approach to guest satisfaction.
