Job description
Four Seasons invites an experienced Assistant Director of Food & Beverage to lead the Residence Club's dining and beverage operations in Carlsbad, CA. You will direct Restaurant, In Villa Dining, Pools, and events while delivering luxury service and memorable guest experiences.
You will partner with the Resort Manager to set strategic F&B goals, manage budgets, develop talent, and drive revenue through innovative programs that align with Four Seasons standards.
