La-Z-Boy Incorporated in Brookfield, CT is seeking a Sales Consultant to guide high-end clients through a premium furniture and design experience. You will promote the Design program, present customized room solutions, and close sales with a focus on luxury aesthetics.
Offering training pay and uncapped commission, the role provides a pathway to $35k–$55k+ annual earnings after training plus benefits and 401k match. This showroom role requires flexibility for evenings and weekends.
