Job description
Action Property Management seeks a seasoned General Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of Azzurra, a premier luxury high-rise in Marina del Rey. The role requires 8–10+ years in HOA/high-rise management, with strong business and financial acumen, and a luxury hospitality mindset.
The General Manager will oversee $7M+ budgets, manage the onsite team, and partner with the Board to deliver exceptional resident experiences while maintaining operational excellence.
