Hotel Security Officer – Manhattan, NYPay Rate: $18.00 per hourAre you a polished security professional who understands the importance of hospitality, customer service, and maintaining a professional presence? We are seeking dependable Security Officers to join a high-profile hotel security team in the heart of Manhattan.This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with hospitality, luxury hotel, corporate, residential, or other high-end security experience who take pride in providing a welcoming and secure environment for guests, employees, and visitors.Available SchedulesPart-TimeFriday & Saturday | 12:00 AM – 8:00 AMFriday, Saturday & Sunday | 12:00 AM – 8:00 AMFull-TimeSaturday through Wednesday | 4:00 PM – 12:00 AMFriday, Saturday, Monday & Tuesday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PMWhat You'll DoMaintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for guests, employees, and visitors.Monitor assigned areas and conduct regular patrols as required.Respond professionally to security concerns, incidents, and guest requests.Assist with access control and enforce property security procedures.Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining appropriate security boundaries.Maintain a polished, professional appearance and demeanor at all times.Communicate effectively with hotel management, staff, guests, and emergency personnel.Complete required reports and documentation accurately and promptly.Remain alert and attentive throughout the entire shift.Ideal CandidateWe are looking for someone who is professional, dependable, service-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality environment.Strong candidates will have:Previous hotel, hospitality, luxury, corporate, residential, or high-end security experience required.Excellent customer service and communication skills.A professional appearance and polished demeanor.The ability to remain calm and professional when handling challenging situations.Strong observation and situational awareness.The ability to interact respectfully with guests from diverse backgrounds.A willingness to be on your feet for the duration of the shift.Reliable attendance and punctuality.Minimum QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.Must be willing to provide proof of education.Previous security experience is preferred.Must be able to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.Must be comfortable working in a busy hotel environment.If you take pride in delivering both security and exceptional service, we want to hear from you.
