Job description

Marcus Hotels & Resorts’ HOTEL PASEO in Palm Desert seeks a Food and Beverage Supervisor to support the operation and oversight of all F&B outlets, maintain high standards, supervise associates, and assist with cost control and inventory. You will work under the Director of Operations and Restaurant Manager to ensure sanitation, safety, and brand standards.

You will train staff, coordinate shifts, engage with guests, and uphold exceptional service across all outlets in this boutique property.
