Job description
Gecko Hospitality (Corporate) is seeking a Director of Sales & Marketing for a 150-room luxury independent hotel in downtown Boston. This executive role focuses on driving revenue growth, expanding key accounts, and strengthening market positioning within the luxury segment.
Reporting to the General Manager, the candidate will develop strategy, manage a sales team, and lead annual plans, forecasts, and budgets while maintaining superior client relationships and market intelligence.
