Job description
The Mondelle in Richmond, VA seeks a Director of Sales & Marketing to own the property's commercial strategy across rooms, groups, catering and three restaurant concepts. This pre-opening leadership role builds the sales team, key accounts, and market buzz before doors open.
You'll partner with General Manager, Revenue Management and F&B leadership to shape pricing, positioning, PR, and restaurant campaigns, leveraging Hilton's resources and global sales reach.
