Job description
Ana Luisa seeks an Assistant Store Manager for Roosevelt Field in Garden City, NY to partner with the Store Manager in driving sales, service, and luxury brand standards. Lead a high-performing team, mentor employees, recruit, coach, and elevate clienteling while maximizing KPI achievement and store profitability.
You will oversee store operations, events, inventory, visual presentation, and omni-channel transactions to cultivate elite client experiences.
