Job description
24 Seven Talent in Irvine, CA seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in driving store productivity and profitability. You will monitor trends in key metrics and coach team members to deliver an exceptional client-centric store experience.
The role requires 3 years of retail experience with 1-2 years in an Assistant Store Manager position. You will lead by example on the sales floor, manage schedules, and partner with HQ to execute merchandising and training initiatives.
