Job description
Ben Bridge Jeweler in Tukwila is seeking a Store Manager to lead and educate a luxury sales team, hire top talent, and deliver memorable customer experiences.
You will manage visual merchandising, store operations, staffing, and expense control, while coaching staff through 1:1 reviews and maintaining brand standards. Flexibility with schedule and travel may be required.
This position offers base pay range of $80,200–$91,500 per year plus a monthly bonus plan and comprehensive benefits.
