Job description
Livemadisoncommunities is seeking a Multi-Family Living Regional Manager to oversee operations across a multi-state portfolio including Tampa and Orlando. You will lead Community Managers, drive financial performance, leasing goals, and resident experience while shaping market strategies and capital projects.
You will travel to sites in NC, VA, TN, GA to support on-site leadership and ensure high standards of service, budgeting, staffing, and resident satisfaction.
