Job description
Madison Communities in Tampa/Orlando, FL, seeks a results-driven Regional Manager to oversee multifamily communities across several states. You will drive financial performance, lead Community Managers, and ensure exceptional resident experiences.
The role requires strong budgeting, leasing, and marketing leadership, travel to NC, VA, TN, GA, and hands-on leadership of leasing-up projects. Proficiency with Yardi and MS Office is essential; experience with Class A properties preferred.
