Luxury Residential Construction Site Supervisor

Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee high-end residential construction projects, including custom luxury homes, renovations, and restorations across the Hamptons and Long Island.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily jobsite operations and lead carpentry teams.
Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, materials, and project execution.
Ensure high-quality workmanship, site safety, and compliance with OSHA requirements.
Track project progress, maintain records, and communicate with project managers and clients.
Train team members and resolve onsite construction issues.
Requirements:
8–10 years of experience in high-end residential construction.
Experience leading carpentry teams and managing subcontractors.
Strong knowledge of luxury home construction, renovations, and restoration projects.
Proficiency with Procore and construction documentation.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Must be able to travel to project sites in the Hamptons/Long Island area.
