Job description
Wild Dunes Resort, a Destination by Hyatt, seeks a Director of Food & Beverage to lead front-of-house operations across restaurants, bars, banquets, in-room dining and seasonal outlets. You will report to the Managing Director and drive revenue, guest satisfaction and profitability for the resort.
Collaborate with Culinary Operations, develop strategic plans, manage budgets, ensure compliance, coach leaders, and elevate service standards across a luxury, oceanfront destination.
