Job description
Coach is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, operations, and team development. You’ll lead by example on the sales floor, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and uphold Coach’s service standards.
This role requires at least 1 year of leadership in retail or service, a strong customer focus, and excellent communication. You’ll recruit, onboard, and coach staff, support omni-channel initiatives, and ensure compliance with policies and safety.
