Job description
Coach is seeking a Lead Cashier to deliver exceptional checkout experiences across our luxury retail environment. You’ll greet customers, process transactions, and uphold Coach Service standards while mentoring fellow cashiers.
You’ll handle returns, repairs, and damaged goods, promote the Insider Program and gift cards, maintain cash wrap organization, and support training for frontline team members. Strong English, POS familiarity, and a willingness to work nights, weekends, and peak seasons
