About the Job
Our client, a contemporary luxury fashion brand, is seeking a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate to join its Boca Raton retail team. This role is ideal for a polished, relationship-driven sales professional who understands elevated customer service and knows how to turn first-time shoppers into loyal clients. The ideal candidate brings experience in luxury or premium retail, strong clienteling skills, and a genuine ability to connect with customers while driving sales.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver personalized, attentive service throughout the customer experience
Build strong product knowledge and provide thoughtful recommendations based on each client's style, needs, and occasion
Develop and maintain a personal client portfolio through consistent relationship building and follow-up
Conduct proactive client outreach through approved phone, text, email, and clienteling platforms
Communicate new arrivals, promotions, and loyalty opportunities to existing clients
Work toward individual and store sales goals through natural upselling and cross-selling
Maintain an organized, polished, and visually appealing sales floor
Assist with merchandise replenishment, inventory receiving, stock counts, and stockroom organization
Process purchases, returns, and exchanges accurately through the POS system
Collaborate with the store team and share product knowledge to support overall performance
Qualifications
3+ years of retail sales experience, ideally within a luxury or premium environment
Strong hands-on clienteling experience, including building a personal client base and conducting proactive outreach
Demonstrated ability to drive sales and develop repeat business
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with a polished, professional communication style
Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
Experience with retail POS systems; Shopify experience is a plus
Existing relationships within the local community or an established client following is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds
