Janie and Jack is seeking a Sales Lead in Gilroy, CA to guide the team in delivering exceptional customer experiences for our luxury children's brand. You’ll role-model sales excellence, coach staff, and maintain an inviting, well-merchandised store environment.
The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of retail sales experience with supervisory exposure, strong communication skills, and a passion for leading a diverse, productive team while supporting flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
