Job description
rag & bone is seeking an Assistant Manager in New York to join our store leadership team. The role focuses on operations, customer experience, and the development of supervisors and staff to deliver best-in-class service.
You will coach and develop team members, manage payroll and scheduling, recruit and onboard staff, and drive performance through strategic store plans and data-driven decision making while upholding Rag & bone's brand values.
