Job description
Coach, a global fashion house, is seeking a Store Manager in our Somerville, MA location. You will lead with purpose, drive sales, and create unforgettable customer experiences that reflect the Coach brand while fostering an inclusive, collaborative store culture.
You will coach and develop a diverse team, recruit and retain talent, manage daily operations, inventory, payroll, and ensure brand standards in visual merchandising and service excellence across all channels.
