Job description
Starwood Hotels is seeking a highly motivated Director of Spa and Retail to lead the team in delivering a world-class luxury spa experience for guests and members.
The role requires a minimum of 3 years in a spa leadership position within the luxury market, with advanced spa operations knowledge; a post-secondary diploma is a plus. Must be flexible for a 24-hour operation. Strong communication, people leadership and financial acumen are essential to drive guest satisfaction and profitability.
