Job description
Coach, a luxury fashion house, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Fort Worth to partner with the Store Manager on sales performance and operations. You will lead by example on the floor, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and uphold Coach service standards.
You will recruit, onboard, coach and develop the team, support omni-channel initiatives, and help drive strategic in-store initiatives while ensuring compliance with policies and safety.
