Job description
ETRO is seeking a Store Manager in New York to lead all aspects of a luxury retail store, driving sales, client engagement, and brand experience. You will manage daily operations, training, and reporting to ensure exceptional service and performance aligned with ETRO’s standards.
The role requires 4+ years in store leadership within luxury retail, strong MS Office skills, and a proven ability to develop teams, manage stock, and execute visual merchandising.
