Job description
Moncler Group Americas is seeking a Store Manager to lead a flagship boutique, delivering exceptional luxury client experiences and driving sales, profitability, and talent development. You will translate business priorities into action, coach a high-performing team, and partner with regional leadership to uphold Moncler's brand standards.
The role requires five years of luxury retail leadership, a solid understanding of KPIs, CRM, and clienteling, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
