Job description
Brobston Group LLC is seeking a Service Consultant to manage aftercare service orders and deliver exceptional client service for luxury timepieces at the Marlton boutique. You will coordinate repairs, spare parts, audits, and communications to ensure top-quality aftercare while supporting efficiency and revenue.
The role requires strong client service, knowledge of timepieces, ability to size straps, and comfort with upselling.
