Job description
Gilbertsville Farmhouse is a premier luxury wedding and private event resort in South New Berlin, New York. We seek a General Manager to lead operations, revenue strategy, and guest experience.
Reporting to Ownership, you will oversee Sales & Marketing, F&B, Facilities, and Events, while building SOPs, budgets, and KPIs. The role requires hands-on weekend leadership during peak season and strategic systems work in winter.
