About This Role
The Lvl III Staff RN provides professional nursing care in a clinic setting, leading the healthcare team and utilizing the nursing process in accordance with established standards. This role is ideal for experienced nurses who excel in leadership and patient care.

Facility: Baldwin Park Hospital
Schedule: Full-time, Day shift
What You'll Do
Provide professional nursing care utilizing the nursing process.
Uphold Kaiser Permanente's policies and procedures.
Serve as a leader of the healthcare team and delegate tasks appropriately.
Develop and contribute to individualized plans of care.
Monitor patient progress and revise care plans as needed.
Ensure effective documentation of nursing processes and interventions.
Discuss patient findings and progress with physicians and healthcare team members.
Practice customer service standards and ensure patient confidentiality.
Mentor and coach others in unit-specific operations and patient care activities.
Participate in departmental performance improvement activities.
Requirements
Education: N/A
Experience:
1-year recent experience in GI/Endoscopy or 2-years in PACU, ED, DOU, Critical Care, or procedural sedation.
Licenses & Certifications:
Registered Nurse License (California)
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
Basic Life Support (BLS)
